ABOUT US

When we say We Create Communicators we mean business.

Our goal is to build the impact of businesses and organisations by building the rhetorical capacities of key employees and leaders. We believe that training the people who represent your business is the best investment you can make.

Here is why:

Organisational communication is like surgery: The greater the complexity the greater the need to focus and trust your training. And this is what we deliver at Rhetorical Effects. Training that fosters focus, clarity and concreteness in communication.

Focus and clarity come from sharpening your Key Message until it cuts right through the organisational noise. The desired effect is achieved when your sharpened Key Message becomes concrete and relatable.

What do we mean when we talk about concrete and relatable qualities in communication?

Here is an example: Think of a birthday party during your childhood .
Recall the details, events and emotions. Easy right? Now recall your latest Power Point Presentation. Try to recall those same details. Not quite so easy.

Our mission is to infuse your professional presentations with the same sensory concreteness that runs at the heart of your most vivid memories and best stories.

This is how We Create Communicators.

Rhetorical Effects was founded by Nis Sperling who holds a Master of Arts in Rhetoric from the University of Copenhagen (2010). Since 2010 Nis has worked for the Danish and International Red Cross helping staff and volunteers translate strategic ambitions into clear, concrete goals and actions.

During his time as a Red Cross Campaigner Nis has spoken for audiences from ten to a thousand people. Regardless of the size of your audience Rhetorical Effects will deliver the training that fits you and your employess

Nis Sperling has held a series of successful presentations for Danish Red Cross Donors and Volunteers. The effects were clear. Donors signed up and volunteers felt more motivated by the experience.
